Mohamed Al-Seddik
Founder & CEO
Mohamed Seddiek is a distinguished investment professional and visionary leader with over 16 years of accomplished experience in the Egyptian financial sector. His expertise spans investment management, business valuation, corporate financing, and strategic business development, establishing him as a respected figure trusted by investors and regulators alike.
His foundational knowledge was built at The American University in Cairo (AUC), where he earned a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Accounting and a concentration in Finance. This rigorous academic training provided the bedrock for his analytical approach and deep understanding of financial systems.
Mr. Seddiek's professional journey is marked by a series of strategic roles that showcase his progressive leadership and mastery of the investment landscape. He began his ascent as the Head of Investment Research and a Member of the Executive Committee at Prime Holding, where he honed his skills in market analysis, investment strategy, and executive decision-making.
His proven track record led him to a pivotal role as Senior Investment Manager at Allianz Egypt, where he was entrusted with the stewardship of Allianz's investment portfolio. In this capacity, he demonstrated exceptional skill in managing assets and optimizing returns, further solidifying his reputation for excellence and reliability.
A licensed Investment Manager by the Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA), Mr. Seddiek combines this official accreditation with his extensive experience to operate with the highest standards of professionalism and compliance.
In 2014, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a vision to reshape Egypt's financial services industry, he founded Synergy Capital. As its Chief Executive Officer, he has spearheaded the company's growth into a premier financial services group, successfully integrating multiple regulated entities under one parent company.
